Why subtract review time?

AI output usually requires checking and correction. Omitting that work overstates net time saved and can reverse the renewal decision.

Does a low-usage seat always get cut?

No. Low usage triggers review because seasonal, specialist, or high-consequence workflows may justify occasional use. Verify the workflow and outcome before changing access.
